Return & Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy: In order to better standardize the refund process in each region and save everyone’s time, the following instructions are made for the refund process. Please study carefully in each region
1. Complete invoices: Refund requires all invoices to be complete (refund application in both Chinese and English), customer related information (note: the refund amount must be consistent with the customer’s payment account), refund amount, transfer record, invoice, receipt, waybill);
2. Paste in order: according to refund request ➡ Transfer records ➡ Positive invoice ➡ Positive receipt ➡ Main waybill (if not available, it can be pasted) ➡ Negative invoice ➡ Negative receipt; (The IKJ region can paste it on its own; the foreign region can submit the relevant bills to the sales department)
3. Signature: Regional B-level Assistant ➡ Regional A-level Assistant ➡ Regional Manager ➡ Sales Director ➡ Vice President of Sales; (All invoices require signatures from regional managers, A-level assistants, and B-level assistants)
4. Printing requirements: All invoices need to be printed completely and clearly (prices, invoice numbers, and transfer records are particularly important); The error cases are as follows: unclear printing of invoices, receipts, waybills, etc
5. The transfer record needs to be marked with the name of the receiving bank of the store for easy financial inquiry;
The error cases are as follows: the bank that did not indicate the payment was not clearly printed, and the amount was not clearly visible;
6. Refund time: Refunds need to be applied for one day in advance and given a certain amount of time to finance for expense planning.
7. Refund handling fees can be charged in each region according to the instructions on the back of the invoice; In special circumstances, if not charged, it is necessary to inform the sales department in a timely manner
